ITEM_PRICELIST_LOAD csv format not populating the data present in the file

Hi,

I am using ITEM_PRICELIST_LOAD service operation to load the Item categories in bulk. This is working for Fixed length file format but when I tried using the CSV file layout format the data is loading with the blank/default values which is not related to the data in the file. If anyone faced this issue can you please help ?
