COLUMNARRAYROWS and STREAMSIZE find optimal values

Hi folks!

I'm trying to optimize Oracle SQL*Loader loads using direct method changing the values of COLUMNARRAYROWS and STREAMSIZE but I can't figure it out the best values.

Anyone knows how to calculate the best value for this parameters?
