last_date_backup Update

Hi ,

ebs full download updates the last_date_backup and max_sales_date in the init_params_0 . In order run Engine in Base Profile Do we need to update last_date_backup in init_params_1 or there is some parameter setting which updates the last_date_backup in the init_params_1 too
