Not able to delete versions via OMW - open project error

Hello,

We are on 9.0 and we are not able to delete our versions across environments via OMW - it gives an open project error ; however, all the projects the versions are in at at status 99 (which is a closed status for us and where in the projects do not have the tokens on the objects anymore).

We are not seeing these versions in any open projects but our CNC is not able to figure out why it shows the 'open project error'

Any insights would help.
