9.2 Standalone on Win 10 - weblogic install stuck at 95%

Hello,

I installed the 9.2 Standalone on my Windows 10 laptop - Development Client works good - but when I try to install the WebLogic (12.1.3 - 32 bit version as per Oracle's documentation) , the install gets stuck at 95%)

However, since the standalone client install worked - I've been able to use the Dev Client for OMW etc. but am not able to Web client since weblogic install gets stuck at 95%

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
