Which are the problems that be able to pass with this kind of error and severity of them?

And possible solutions to this problem

In my experience this error happend when the consult is very hard and the server can`t sopport. In some case the server fell and another case only seens the message of error and can continue work if logoff and login again but don`t know which is the problem in specific, I found some solutions but no one is secure to resolve the problem.
