Checklist Management Item Due Date Error

We are starting to get the error 'Item Due Date cannot exceed parent table Due Date. (14200,23)' when attempting to add some checklist items in Checklist Management - Person.  The administrative function is ADMA.  Can you tell me how to identify the parent table due date that the error message refers to?  I have not worked with checklists and am not sure where to begin troubleshooting.  A screenshot is included.
