Search results limit configuration on 11.1.1.9

Where is the configuration for the GET_EXPIRED and GET_SEARCHRESULTS functions to limit the number of content items returned?  I want to override the default as currently the Expired function is only bringing back 20 pieces of content and the Search Results is bringing back 200 pieces.

This is through a SOAPUI.
