Xstore Mobile Server Time out with IPC error during Item lookup

Hi All,

Has any one experienced xstore mobile time out issues?

It is properly configured but when we try to run a transaction, this is what happens:

1. The store associate logins

2. enter an item number and hit enter

3. The mobile app hangs for several seconds

4. eventually times out

5. Interestingly, when you refresh after the time-out, the item appears on your transaction screen and ready for tenders.

We have reviewed the firewall between the mobile and the registers and the databases, we have also allow any between the two, but the issue still persist.

I have reviewed the logs and adding some details below:
