Sub-ledger error in payroll journal

I'm trying to add a sub-ledger to the AAIs Credit-Liabilities for our WCB account but I keep getting an error in my R05229.  "Sub-ledger Type Entry Invalid."  The sub-ledger type I'm using is X and the value is 00002018.  Are there restrictions for adding sub-ledgers to the AAIs?
