Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Case Create error from SR in Siebel

While creating case from SR in siebel, we are getting the below error.

Error invoking service 'EAI Siebel Adapter', method 'Upsert' at step 'Update Case'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Cannot find entry 'Change Required' in the bounded

picklist for the field 'Sub Type' in integration component 'HLS Case'(SBL-EAI-04401)

Also note that this error is intermittent and it occurs roughly 50%
