3rd party vendor maintenance with Maintenance Management

Looking for anyone using Maintenance Management for fleet/vehicle management. (How) Do you utilize the Preventative Maintenance Loop Schedules for fleet vehicles? (i.e.: date and meter based pm rules) If so how do you have them set up?
Are you utilizing any interfaces from 3rd party vendors to build work orders? If so can you explain your process?
