Gateway Unreachable in Standby SBC

We have 4250 SBC working HA View running on SC 6.1.0. SBC1 is active and SBC2 is standby.

Due to some sync issue SBC 2 went out of service with SBC1 active state and taking traffic. We added one peer on SBC and activate the configuration.

For SBC2 out of service, we have given reboot which make SBC2 as active and SBC1 as standby. SBC 2 boot with the old configuration version present in the system. So the newly added peer configuration not present in both SBC.

We added the peer again by making SBC1 as active and activate the configuration. We found the peer working fine in SBC1 but in the SBC2 the Gateway for the new peer shows unreachable. Its not learning any MAC.
