Price Override- Make Reason mandatory

Question on Adv. Pricing

When users are trying to override price on sales order line, how make reason codes mandatory. So that they can enter why they modifying pricing. Currently system defaults to one reason code and not enforcing to enter reason code. Any standard functionality available
