Menu Assigned to Project Role is not refreshed after menu changes

In order to make Project Manager Responsibility, as query only with some exceptions, I have created a custom menu based in the standard menu "Project Manager Role Menu", removing the functions that we don't need and I have assigned this custom menu to the appropriated Project role (Project Responsibility > Setup > Projects > Roles) and initially it worked correctly accessing to Project List with the Project_SU Responsibility

But I have noticed, that later changes in the menu, are not refreshed in the system. I have run "Clear All Cache" from the Functional Administration Responsibility, but nothing happened.

Do you know another processes that is required to run to refresh menu changes?, we are in 12.2.6.
