Data load from EBS to HFM is very slow after reconfigure with new database

Hi,

we have upgraded the database from 11g to 12c and reconfigured the all components with new database .

all JDBC connections are updated in weblogic except aif_datasource odiMasterRepository odiWorkRepository  I have updated jdbc connections manually in weblogic and restarted the services and all are up & running

and I started the data load using data load rule from EBS to HFM it is very slow usually it takes 40-50 min but now it takes more than 7hrs.

HFM veriosn 11.1.2.3.500

database Oracle 12.1.0.1

please help me.
