T4 Integrity report - R77415 Incorrect amounts from F0719

We are showing errors on this report that say that the amount in box 40 doesn't match the F0719 amounts, but when I look at the amounts in the F0719 for the DBAs that I've included in box 40, the amount matches.  The report is showing a different amount in the F0719 column, I'm not sure why this isn't pulling the actual amount that is in the F0719...

Is there something wrong in the report or am I missing something?
