HomeBuilder: Commitment Generation & G/L Account Invalid

I've encountered what I think is a Bug in HomeBuilder with the Commitment Generation program. The Commitment Generation PDF output displays an error: "Commitment G/L Account Invalid".

The Work Center states that the system issued a PBCO error because "the date being edited is in the current year but prior period". This scenario can be replicated by running Lot Start Generation over a Lot with a Commitment Start Date in a prior period (relative to the Community Job's Company Master G/L Period); thus the resulting Lot Start Workfile (F44H711) records will have a G/L Date that is also in a prior period.
