create new database

Hello,

We have 4 databases running from 12C oracle home and now we wanted to install one more database within the same home.

i heard that i can create new db using the template.. how do I do that ? I have a template given as template.dbt.

I need to create new database with two instances on RAC each on separate hosts.

will there be any impact if I ran dbca from this home to currently running databases from this home.

I have created databases before but on standalone homes but not within the same home... can you please advise on this ?
