Rate Basis B (Price) for transportation rate definition: How does this work? Is the rate calculated

Hello Mosc,

How does Rate Basis B for Price for a transportation rate definition work? I cannot find documentation or examples for the use of Rate Basis B.

Is the rate calculated on the line price, the total order amount, or what?

We want to charge a percent of the of the order total as the freight charge for a shipment to the customer.

Will Rate Basis B do this? Does Rate Basis B work at the sales order line level or at the sales order total level?
