Hello,

I am reaching out to MOSC for assistance and any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

We are upgrading from V8 to IP17 and performed all necessary steps for upgrade (Full DB upgrade).

I can able to bring up the application with Vanilla Repository by setting TRUE for the parameter "EnableSafeBoot"

But I can't able to bring up the Application with our custom merged repository.

Submitted quite a few SRs with Oracle Support and found out there is a know product defect.

As a work around provided by Oracle Support, I have executed following steps, but still no luck and AOM (ePublicSector) is not working.
