DO JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.x required Pluggable database?

Dear JDE Experts,

I am installing database server separate from Enterprise Server. When i install Oracle Database, do i need to create Pluggable Database as well, when i am not having ASM feature on Oracle database?
