Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. what is preserved between export and import (VIEWS? )

When one exports a database, say, Oracle 10g and imports it into a 12c Oracle DB, would the VIEWS be preserved?

What else is going to be transferred? And what not (caveat?) I assume, INDICES have to be recreated?
