Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Dear All,

Happy new year...and thank you all for your efforts helping us solving issues to fulfill our business needs..

My question is general...

What to do if you asked a question and your question was not answered?

Is there any way to to remind community to check this question?

Is it better to reply at least to such questions that it is not applicable..what you are asking is not business standard...etc.?

We are facing this issue in some communities..for example this one ; How to receive RMA using API in this community..

we asked question before more than a month ago..but there was one reply that needed more elaboration...and question not answered yet.
