Example of Sublease class in Property Manager

Hi Experts

Module: Property Manger

Version: 12.2.5

In which scenario do we use the Class of property as Sublease ?

Expense Class is used when we are the tenant in the lease.

Revenue Class is used when we are the landlord in the lease.

I just need a scenario/Example in which we use the Lease Class as Sublease ? @Leo R-Oracle @Vaishali -Oracle

Any help will be highly appreciated
