Query web from CMRO module

Hi, we try to show de query web from CMRO module, but it's not possible. I enable the profiles below and the options are not enabled.

FND: Personalization Region Link Enabled

Personalize Self-Service Defn

The fist picture shows me the options enabled

But the CMRO module does not show me this options

Anybody knows how I enable this options ?
