Need to update profile HR:Cross Business Group at Responsibility Level

Hi,

We want to update HR:Cross Business Group at Responsibility Level to 'Yes' as per below note id for APS Release responsibility to allow planned order release from ASCP in R12.2.6.

Is there any chance it can be overridden by Patches in future?
