Sales order workflow error - Alert Notification to business

Hi Friends,

Sometimes sales order header/lines workflow getting stuck with error but no one know about the same.

last moment, its becoming critical to resolve the issue.

do we have any existing strategy existing strategy  where we can be proactive and monitor the workflow to identify  the error our workflow activity in a timely manner in oracle EBS so that issue can be fixed on time.
