P085501 - Plans/Categories to Exclude from Work File

I'm having difficulties trying to import a list of plans/categories to exclude in P085501.  I setup a few new versions for R085520 and I need to exclude over a 100 plans/categories.  I exported the list of plans/categories that are excluded from a prior version so I could import them in the new.  However when I try to import the attached list the grid preview is gray.  Has anyone ran into this before?
