Error during customer site creation

Hi All,

  While trying to Query the customer or create customer site details i am facing the below error message. Can someone please provide any inputs to resolve this issue.

Exception Details.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
