For the record our environment is EBS R12.1.3 running on RHEL 7 - app and db on different servers.

I'm a DBA posting this question on behalf of one of my colleagues so hopefully the information is accurate

This is in regards to the file xdodelivery.cfg on our app tier.

It seems to be missing data that would allow AR correspondence to be processed through the Collections form.

If we remove this file the AR correspondence is processed but then the AP Send Separate Remittance job fails.

I am looking for help in identifying what data elements we are missing from the file that would allow the AR correspondence
