P17730 update to P17714

Is there a batch process to update the Estimated Material amounts from the F3111 (P17730) to the F4801 (P17714)? We have parts details with Est. Material Costs on each line in the P17730 (F3111). The value visible in the P17714 (F4801) is markedly different. The sum of the Extended Amount in P17730 is only slightly different than using the calculation referenced in Documentation (F4105 Inventory Cost X Transaction QTY). Neither come close to was is in the F4801 and visible from the P17714.
