Generate BOL from Inter-Org Transfer

We have offsite warehouse facilities setup as a seperate ORG from our production facilities. We would like to transfer material from 1 org to another using inter-org transfer but need to generate BOL shipping documents. Is this possible? would like to avoid sales order or internal req if possible and stay with only inter-org transfer.
