in Complex Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi. Has anyone got "FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change" Error when Trying to Change the PO Associated with OSP in R12.2??? I found a Document ID with a patch for it but isn´t available for the version we are at.  Any help?
