Item Supply/Demand form behaves differently for the user

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We have seem a very strange issue.

The item supply/demand form under on-hand availability is opening up for all other users fine. But for one user it is taking a very long time for the form to open up.

The help desk even switched her computer to a new one and reinstalled java but still does not help.

If I login to the instance with my username on her machine, I am able to launch the form very fast.

If I have her to login with her username on my machine, it is also taking a very long time. This is just weird.
