ARCS Recs reopened balance changed - balance did not change!

Hi everyone,

I've had an issue with my recs where it says that the balance has changed so the rec has reopened. However the balance has not changed.

There are now hundreds of recs which were completed (prepared and reviewed) and now they need to be resubmitted and reapproved.

Has anyone had this before? I'm service admin and need to work out what happened.
