TFA 12.2.1.3.1 issue with diagcollect on "RAC on Windows" databases

Hi,

While doing some OATests in our in-house environment (RAC 12.1.0.2.161018 on W2012R2) I found what it looks like a bug in the way the tool treats DB_NAME / DB_UNIQUE_NAME / INSTANCE_NAME on Windows:

The following command just hanged for more than 1 hour:

tfactl diagcollect -srdc dbawrspace

Enter the Database Name [Required for this SRDC] : cslOAwp1P

Scripts to be run by this srdc: srdc_db_awrinfo.sql srdc_db_statretention_info.sql srdc_db_parameter_info.sql

Components included in this srdc: DATABASE NOCHMOS OS

>>> Wed Jan 10 09:52:09 2018: INFO : share_set_ora_env : OUSER extracted from OracleServicecslOAwp1P

Howdy, Stranger!
