why xIPM_APP_x_x fields is not visible for selection in Rules deriveFields?

I am trying to define Rules for the newly created application in content server.  The application Information Fields has all the fields required for the application.

However, when i go to Rules to set up for the application, I do not see xIPM_APP_x_x fields there to derive fields from the incoming data.
