Extended Terms Advanced Preference using Advanced Payment Terms

Does anyone know if it is possible to use Advanced Payment Terms with Extended Terms Advanced Preference?

The Extended Terms Advanced Preference seems to only allow Payment Terms from P0014 (Payment Terms) and doesn't look at P00145 (Advanced Payment Terms).

Client has complex payment terms which should apply only over the December period.  It involves a 40/40/20 split where 40% of the order is due in 30 days, 40% in 60 days and 20% in 90 days and the customer should get their normal discount percentage.

Extended Terms Advanced Preference would cover the portion where it should only apply in December. 

Installment for Payment Term Codes would cover the 40/40/20 split
