jDE v910 is it possible to restrict all fields within a form EXCEPT 1?

hello all,

I am currently working on an EDI project with JDE and have run into a security issue.

I need to utilize the "customer master" form but do not want users to modify anything EXCEPT for the "send method"

is it possible to restrict all but one field? please help!
