Benefits ACA XML Generation Process Errors? Please Read

Hi Everyone,

We are seeing a lot of SRs created for seeing errors on the Benefits ACA XML Generation Process after the application of the 2017 Phase1 ACA Patch.

Many customers want to run the XML Process because on the "View Authoritative 1094-C" page, there is a button to download 1095-C data.

   - Many customers are using this download each year to review 1095-C data in preparation for sending the paper forms to employees.

Please Note: the Benefits ACA XML Generation Process is dependent on the 2017 Phase2 Patch for electronic filing, which has not been released as of yet.

   - Until the patch is applied the XML process run for the year 2017 will end in error.
