Please Assist! 3rd Party Benefit Enrollment and Administration Feed to Oracle 12.1.3
Hello everyone, I am needing your help please regarding OAB and the Benefits Enrollment and Administration processes!
Can someone help me understand if this is possible or not?
We are a company of over 40 thousand employees using Oracle Advanced Benefits and looking to have an outside/3rd party vendor handle our Benefit Enrollment process (Open Enrollment, LE changes, and also sending out the SBC documents). Is there a way for the 3rd Party Vendor -on a continued basis- to feed our Employee Benefit Enrollment Data back to us/Oracle (12.1.3)? If so can you explain a little in detail on how this can be accomplished? If NOT, can you then explain -in some detail- why it cannot be accomplished?
