(Q) Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Jan 2018 updates

Some questions came up when reviewing http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/pbcs/2018-pbcs-wn.htm  Hope someone may have an answer:

1. For user using Simplified Interface, I understand that Classic Dimension Editor will still be available even though it is not supported, correct?  (Classic Dimension Editor under Navigator and Smartview dimension editor, each has its own advantages. We don't expect Classic Dimension Editor will be removed completely.)

2. Are there links available to view the details of defects # 27168630, 27236797, 26988009, 26969009?  (we'd like to utilize some of the features: speedy backup; Batch scheduler emails; Map reporting, etc.)
