Hello Everyone,

We have 2 SOA servers one for Dev and another for PY. On both servers, SOA 12c is installed, and each have separate databases where SOA schemas are installed. Ex.Dev has SOADV prefix and sits in DEV database and PY has SOAPY prefix and sits in PY database.

All was working perfectly fine until we had a hardware failure in Dev server, cannot be replaced and it has to be decommissioned. We have to have this Dev instance hosted back on PY SOA server itself.

Though SOA databases are different, both DV SOA domain and PY SOA domain are named as 'soadomain' both running on their respective machines. We have to move the Dev domain to PY server but the SOA domain name has to be different also it has to use the same RCU schemas created already and running in DEV database. Is it possible? While I tried to create a new SOA domain with new name on the PY server (soadomaindv) and continued to use the same DEV Database schemas already created and running, but the domain creation failed.

Howdy, Stranger!
