How to attach existing BILL_TO to new Customer Account using interface RACUST

Hi,

I am trying to create new Customer Account using existing BILL_TO site.  But, I could not get any reference field in RA_CUSTOMERS_INTERFACE_ALL table.  Any suggestions please.
