Fiscal Calender - from Monthly to 4-4-5

Hi I have a client who wants to change from a fiscal calender 1-OCT to 30-SEP to start using a 4-4-5 fiscal calender.  Is this possible without recreating new ledgers and subledgers?  Client uses, AR, AP, Projects, and FA.
