Siebel CTI : Committing uncommitted data

Hi All,

We are having a technical challenge, Due to operation issues none of our Call center agent is allowed to stay in wrap state for more than a minute and while they are working in the wrap state suppose they are creating an activity and filling in some mandatory details and in the process a call arrives, due to the CTI event established the user is navigated to the view with a new activity created, because of this the old activity information is lost since its not committed to DB.

So we are looking at a possible option to commit the data while navigating to the view to create a new record, is there a way to technically achieve this could you please share me your thoughts on this.
