Where should custom PX property files be stored?

We are in the process of upgrading our Agile application from 9312 to 936.  In the process we are updating our existing PXs.  Our previous install was on OAS and the custom PX property files were located in [Agile Home]\OAS_1\j2ee\home\applications\Agile\APP-INF\classes.  With running Agile 936 on WebLogic, where is the recommended location to store PX property files?

Agile 936 PX documentation (FAQ on pg 3-26 of Doc ID E71153-01) notes OAS location (not WebLogic):

"After deployment changes in Agile PLM Release 9.2.2.2, the agileDomain\config directory is no longer in the classpath. You can put PX and WSX property files in this directory: \oas\j2ee\home\applications\Agile\APP-INF\classes\.
