Desktop Integrator all submenu functions result in blank webpage in EBS 12.2.7 on Solaris(11.3)

Desktop Integrator all submenu functions result in blank webpage without any information in EBS 12.2.7 on Solaris(11.3), could anyone share some insight on it? We have used all sorts of browsers, clear the JVM cache etc. but no effect at all.
