how to show the attached excel document data in applet(Siebel 16)?

Hi Folks,

I want to show the  attached excel document data in list applet after all data inserted based on some filter condition then resulted data only stored in database.  how can i achieve this requirement.

any idea about this requirement. If you have any solution please text here.  Please Don't think about data load.
